Welcome to United Real Estate as we introduce Carmelo Torres.
In the early 2000's, the real estate market was making head way and at the time, market activity was high with over bidding situations and it seemed that lenders were literally approving loans fairly easily to anyone who applied.
Carmelo decided to obtain his real estate license in 2005 and entered the business as a full time real estate agent. As luck would have it, two years into the business in 2007 the market had turned for the worse and the real estate market all had collapsed under the pressures of lenders over extending their lending powers to unqualified homebuyers.
This collapse trickled into other markets which had also negatively affected employment rates. However, Carmelo weathered and survived this volatile period and has continued to stay true to his morals and dedication to customer service with a mindest that his mission before commission is what sets the precedense with all his encounters and successful clients he has helped to date.
Carmelo has aligned himself to work with agencies who believe that an agent's effort is not always based on the merit of how many homes are sold in a given year, but equally important, believe that the quality of real estate services provided outweigh the quantity of real estate sold. Where as in many large high profile agencies, the goal is more about how many homes can be sold in a given period, boutique agencies balance this goal with genuine over delivery of customer service.
Today, Carmelo has helped many friends and family members help sell or purchase their first home. He continues to seek out new clients that believe in not following the status quo and in providing a candid and unique approach to his real estate business. He will expose clients to various real estate tactics used by other agents and find a better and more financially favorable way to sell your home. He also finds ways in avoiding wasteful time and energy that are not income producing.
Carmelo welcomes home sellers to reach out to him to be introduced to a commission program that allows them to choose the best commission plan that best benefits them but also results in a win-win for both himself and the client. He encourages home buyers to contact him to find out if they are well aligned in their home buying efforts and welcomes an opportunity to partner with buyers,
